Start of Day Sound Booth 

 Unlock front doors. 

• Turn on track lighting in lobby. 

• Put out mints. 

• Turn on sound booth (power sequencer in booth) 

• Turn on Camera by Foldback monitor and Behind Sound Booth (remote on desk) 

• Open shades  

• Turn televisions on (stage and foldback) 

• Turn on Wireless Microphones (power sequencer by piano) 

• Change Pastor’s remote batteries 

• Turn on stage & Cross lights 

• Plug in coffee pot 

• Copy file from OneDrive to Projection computer desktop. 

• Open EasyWorship and build schedule. 

• Put batteries in Microphone packs 

• Set up headphone listening devices 

• When sermon is about to start  

• Start recording in Audacity (Recording computer) 

• Start Camera recording in OBS  

 End of Day – Sound Booth 

•  Stop All Recordings
• Export Audio (rename file, edit meta data) 
• Save in OneDrive (create new folder for current date (ex: xx.xx.xx)) 

• Stop Recording in OBS 

• Remux file into MP4 file type 

• Turn off track lighting in lobby. 

• Put mints back in cabinet 

• Turn off sound booth (power sequencer in booth) 

• Close shades 

• Turn off televisions (stage and foldback) 

• Turn off Microphones (power sequencer by piano) 

• Copy both audio and video files to Pastor’s usb drive 

• Turn off camera  

• Turn off Televisions on stage and  foldback
