Psalm 22 is written by David, it is HIS Psalm
and yet in many ways it is also our Psalm.
Ultimately though, this Psalm,
is not just POETIC, it is also PROPHETIC.
Considered one of the Messianic Psalms,
this Psalm takes us directly to Christ
and His encounter with the cross.
Yet even though this Psalm embodies
the most intense of suffering, Psalm 22
ends with an amazing message of Hope!
The parallels are profound!
